I'm going to my psychiatrist today, and I'm completely terrified.. I've been having issues with things and have been doing research, but I don't want to self diagnose. Yet, at the same time, I don't wanna be seen/deemed as 'insane' or 'crazy'. I'm scared to ask about OSDD (Other Specified Dissociative Disorder) and then be put in a mental hospital if it is true I have it.. It's a whole thing I don't want to go through and I'm really scared.. I don't know what to do..

I used to have that fear of being put in a mental hospital too. Unless you're an active harm to yourself or others, as in, someone might die, you won't be put in the hospital. It might take a little bit to find the right therapist, but the journey will be absolutely worth it. Good luck, we're here for you!!

I was feeling the same way! I talked to my therapist and She was really understanding! You wont be seen as crazy dont worry! 🙌💕
