I am considering to attempt to try yoga for various reasons. Does anyone do this?

Yes, yoga has helped me immensely. I have a wonderful yoga instructor. She works with everyone whether they're beginners or experienced, overweight, had hip or knee replacements or seniors. Maybe you can research the different instructors in your area and find a good one. Yoga has helped my hips and sciatica. It also helps mentally by teaching us how to breathe and meditate. Even if you aren’t doing actual yoga, just stretching every day helps me so much!
i’ve done it a couple times. it’s really fun and i felt great afterwards. when it’s done i’m always like “i should do this more often” but i never do i’m not sure why lol
