Hey everyone! My thyroid levels are officially in the normal range, but I still feel so fatigued and just blah. Any herbal supplements that you recommend? I already take D3, B12, a multivitamin and will be starting on fish oil soon to see if it helps. I’m just so tired of being tired, there has to be something out there to help and I know I’m not alone in this thyroid fatigue boat.

Make sure to take k2 with your d3. It's like the traffic officer and directed the d3 to the places it needs to go.

@notgibson I’ve read on that and know it could be a big possibility. Thank you! 😊

ashwagandha is supposedly good to use. I tried it but I'm allergic to it so I never got to find out if it works.

@bbsjss I’ve heard good things from it but was unsure if it can be taken with Synthroid. Thanks!

Have you had your iron levels checked? Low iron can definitely contribute to fatigue.

@PaintedNebula I’ll definitely ask about that! Thanks for reminding me 😊

Sometimes the normal range isn’t your normal! I’m in the normal range but need to be on the higher end of normal to feel good!

@Dashy mine is the lower side of normal, and the fish oil seems to help a big but I’m still just fatigued. Perhaps it’s Chronic Fatigue Syndrome on top of it all…?

@Dashy how do you convince your doc to put you on the higher dose when your labs are normal? Mine won’t do it.

@PinkPantalones sometimes you have to go to a specialist that understands there’s no universal level.

I have the same issue, doc said the levels are normal so I'm still not sure what will help.

I struggle to stay awake and moving most of the day. Always tired. My levels are good because of medication adjustment but still always exhausted.
