Just started daily guided imagery, paced breathing, and light stretching for my ME/CFS and can't tell if it's having good effects already or if I'm just having a really good symptom day lol, good days have been so few for me lately, feels nice

    Honestly if it work it works regardless of if it placebo effect. With ME the mind and body are so closely interwoven one easily effects other so if you can at least have a healthy mind set it will certainly help you bounce back mentally when the body is bad 😊
