I have been really struggling with my mental health and my physical health is now affecting it/being heavily affected by it. After trying numerous psychiatric medications, I am thinking about bringing up ketamine transfusions as a new form of treatment. Has anyone else tried this? I am also newly diagnosed with non-celiac gluten sensitivity and although it is a step to figuring out a way to live life normally, I continue to get nowhere with doctors, they tell me to avoid gluten and take a probiotic and I should be fine but i’m not. I don’t know if I have gone more than a day without feeling some sort of GI pain or irritation. My family does not relate to my issues so it is hard to really talk about everything and feel understood.

Hi friend. Speaking from personal experience for both situation, I do have some tips that worked for me, and you are more than welcome to message me if you want to talk or discuss anything further. First, I also have had several rounds with several different medications. I’m still working out all my kinks, but I will say it has been more helpful to keep trying than doing other options. I’ve never tried Ketamine, but I can look into it, and maybe I can better discuss with you the options and ins and outs of it. Secondly, I also am managing non-celiac sensitivity, alongside dairy sensitivity. I validate you. It’s miserable. But there are measures you can take to make life a little easier. It’s truthfully a lot to discuss in this post alone, so feel free to message me if you want to talk about it 💙
