So dealing with anxiety when I have basic everyday adult things I need to get done I notice that I really stress about it days in advance up until it happens I get very tight chested and just build up anxiety and thoughts in my head I also notice when I plan more then one thing a day that also sends me into over drive and I normally will get one thing done if have more they won’t or I do nothing bc I worry about all the things needed to be done. Any tips possible on how to better handle things with scheduling and stress?
