Create boundaries with people. Meditation (allow thoughts to just be thoughts. dont label them as good or bad), hanging out with people you love, make sure you have enough “me time”, find an outlet ( like journaling, art, music, etc.)
Go somewhere & sing. This has helped me my whole life & I struggle any time it isn't an option
Walking helps me to feel better, chores especially doing laundry, online window shopping... Good luck💕
