Right now I’m debating not going to work because my back hurts so bad I want to throw up but I just got back from a 3 week medical leave yesterday. This world is not meant for us lol

Yes!! That's always how I know it's coming which makes it kind of useful because then I have everything I need. It sucks tho because sometimes it hurts really bad.
