I incorporated an evening walk with my son and our dog. I slowly started switching it up and going to the dog park where there were other humans lol. I definitely pushed hard to go, although I was terrified. Now I go at least twice a week and that is enough for now. You gotta start small with your outings, at least that's what has worked for me.

Take it step by step start by standing the porch until your calm do that for a couple days then try just sitting in your car until your calm do little things like that and it should get better
