I’ve been losing too much weight because I’m not eating enough, but I never really feel hungry. Are there any foods that y’all like that are easy on the stomach? Or maybe protein drinks that are good?
I just started drinking Ensure plus as well it is not a meal replacement but it does help me get calories in on days where it is harder for me to stomach food. A few of my “safe” foods are saltine crackers, bone broth, mashed potatoes, granola snack bites, also the BRAT diet(bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) all good for nausea or lack of appetite
