Hello! I was wondering if anybody out there gets really bad spells of vertigo from their dissociation. I’ve been having this go on for a year, but recently the vertigo part has been hitting me hard. Does anyone have any tips to lessen the blow? I haven’t seem to find anything in that part for it yet . . .
