i dont have energy to excercise i do sleep but since im at such a relaxed state becuase of exhaustion and newfound peace. sleep and rest are close to the same thing. im really weak and i dont know why i have to get that checked out im confused why am i so tired and my muscles streth out and i feel fine enough to go to sleep right there
