I feel gross, I need to take a shower, but I need to stick to my routine or it’ll get messed up and I really don’t like when my routine gets messed up.

I feel like I can never shower becuz I can't shower if I'm going someplace within 24 hours after my shower or it'll cause me so much distress and I'm not even sure why. Additionally, I have a jacket that I have to wear if I go outdoors or too school and I have to take it off when I get home. I can only wash laundry on weekends, not week days, and if I break this routine I spiral into a depressive episode where I feel like I can't do anything for several days and feel so hopeless.
