      For times you need sweet flavors, try substituting with Monk Fruit Extract. Also, activity levels above a walk and below a sprint (so the jogging range basically) burn carbohydrates for fuel. Perhaps that could help reduce blood sugar levels when it gets high, not entirely sure.
