lets talk FOOD what foods are your go to comfort foods that you eat nearly everyday? do you have tummy issues/food intolerances or allergies? what foods do you hate and why? my comfort foods are: potatoes, pasta, pizza, chicken, cheez itz, honey bunches of oats and pink lady apples with nutella i have weird food allergies like banana, avocado, pineapple and several other raw fruits/veggies. also ibs.

mac n cheese all day everyday. I consciously restrict myself to only have it a few times in the month but if I could, I would eat it everyday

Those allergies are actually very common for people with histamine intolerance. I have them too I have to avoid them but I can build up a little tolerance to certain foods. I mostly avoid gluten and dairy. What's funny with that though is my comfort foods are pizza and mac and cheese but you can definitely get those gluten free dairy free. Daiya is the best brand for that stuff.
@bouncyroo11 yes i do have a histamine intolerance however i don’t know much about it!

@lunapetunia well just make sure your having doa foods. apples, onions and garlic are natural antihistamines as well.. I still have to take medication for my allergies but they aren't as bad in the winter. Histamine is in a lot of things canned food, fried food, oven baked food ect so it all can add up. It's hard to avoid. Yogurt is great too.

my comfort food changes depending on what my tummy lets me eat without vomiting 😔 side note: it sounds like you have a latex allergy and oral allergy syndrome. I have the same hyper-specific allergies, on top of having half of the top 8 most common allergies. it's rough out here being able to eat rice and chicken and nothing else lmao
My diet is all over the place! Its a problem! I either eat way too much or way too little, I have all sorts of cravings and aversions come and go constantly. Food is hard! I eat a lot of granola bars, yogurt, cheesy comfort foods, smoothies. I do love love fruit and fresh veggies so thats something 🤗
comfort foods: potatoes, pasta (not spaghetti tho, I don't like spaghetti), Hawaiian or cheese pizza, oatmeal (apples and cinnamon! or maple brown sugar), club crackers, tuna salad (sometimes). chicken is also a great comfort. dill pickles are too! I love pickles. I don't have any actual food allergies, but foods I hate include spaghetti, scrambled eggs, and more that I can't think of right now. I have a lot of texture and taste issues. I know I need to eat fruits and vegetables more, and more proteins, but the consistency is different almost every time... though when I'm having a lot of troubles with textures, I find myself drinking the chocolate boost protein drinks.
1st Q: (I don't eat these everyday, but I would if I could) Mac and cheese, sushi, mcgriddles, curly fries, granola, dark chocolate, and shellfish 2nd Q: I am lactose intolerant and have IBS (but just between you and me, that doesn't stop me. I'd literally rather die than not eat cheese) 3rd Q: I have a lot of sensory issues with food so I hate food with certain textures like mushy or gooey. I hate sauerkraut(taste), pickles(taste), raisins(texture), oatmeal(texture), super spicy or super sugary hurts my teeth, and specifically reeses peanut butter(texture)

Parmesan goldfish and saltines give me so much comfort just because they were like, safe foods that were always in my house as a kid so I knew they were reliable. Potatoes in pretty much any form also give me good vibes
I get these store bought calzones that are fantastic. I also like goldfish as a snack. I can't eat gluten but I do anyway because it feels like everything has gluten in it
Every time I have to have eggs, sausage, waffles, and kimichi. If I don't have this for breakfast my whole day is thrown off. And I will hardly eat all day.

@lunapetunia great choice 👌 everything you said minus pink lady apples. I eat bananas 🍌 You'd love moon cheese 🧀 The only food issue I got is food that's not in my belly.
I have a lot of tummy issues where almost every food makes my stomach upset. I have a salad, vegan chicken nugs, and homemade smoothies that are really safe where they don’t hurt after I eat them but everything else is a guess 😓
