I take 3 different meds for my bipolar/anxiety/ptsd but find that therapy, breathing techniques, grounding and CBT have all helped me a lot. Music therapy and walking also.
ill draw to focus the energy elsewhere but if its too much i put my earbuds in and listen to music that will distract, relieve, or make me cry it out. whichever i need more is what ill play. ill also talk to my family and let them know how im feeling and what steps we could take to help me.
I take medication, but that doesn’t always help. I’m hoping to figure out more natural ways to help. It’s hard, but I try to talk to people about how I’m feeling. Sometimes it’s good to know that you’re not alone. What do you do to help?
