BTW, I now use Suboxone for pain and methocarbomal for muscle pain and tremors. I add Advil and topical pain relievers when the pain is unbearable.

MASSAGE! I used to get massage regularly and had very little pain. Since finances forced me to stop getting massage, I am in horrible pain most of every day. If I can find a way to get back to massage, I'm going!

Light full body movement (I like stretching and have a gazelle machine). heating blankets they are like heating pads for the whole body. Did a full diet overhaul with a doctor to remove foods that exacerbate my symptoms. Rest as much as needed. I choose my clothes based on comfort and only wear natural materials. As for medicine, I am on gabapentin, Meloxicam (a 12hr anti-inflammatory like Advil but you don't need to take it as often), cyclobenzaprine (a mild muscle relaxer that helps me sleep better), and duloxetine (an antidepressant that also help with nerve pain it has helped me a ton but. Fair warning though it has some pretty nasty withdrawal symptoms that kick in for me if I'm late on a dose)
