A lot of research says that fibromyalgia patients are deficient in something. I have a hard time with this because I’m not deficient in anything.. at all. So if your deficient in something or were deficient, what was it? And if you aren’t deficient in anything let me know.

@VJay idk it could be possibly but I’ve had it for 6 years and my vitamin D and everything else is good all of the time. 😩
My vitamin D as been low. Seems like alot if other peoples too... But is it a precursor or side effect of fibromyalgia? Interesting

Consistently SUPER vitamin D deficient (like I take a megadose weekly for 8-12 weeks every few months and it still drops) and I also recently found out I’m anemic. But that may be related to my dysautonomia
Vitamin D3 too!
Calcium absorption problem resulting in vitamin B3 deficiency

Vitamin D for me also. I take a supplement now
I have consistently been very deficient in vitamin D, even on supplements, and low in B12.
