How do you get the motivation whe. you just so tired all the time.

      I've been asking this question for a long time. What helps me is setting small daily goals. You can do anything for 5 minutes. If you keep going, go 5 mins st a time. If you can only do 5 minutes, you've met your goal. Like I'll say today I'm going to fold laundry for 5 mins. I usually finish it, but I don't give myself a hard time if I don't as long as I spent 5 mins on it. I usually strive for a sense of accomplishment rather than focusing on task completion. Some days my goal is just to get dressed and groom myself.

      Making a list might help. Or just setting one small goal a day (like getting out of bed for example). I find I can get things done with music playing. Or a TV show you can watch/ listen to. Also my hobbies keep me engaged. I set a goal to play at least one video game 20 minutes a week so you can start with something like that. And don't beat yourself up if you don't reach your goal.

      I find that cleaning videos on YouTube help motivate me. Most users repeat their soundtrack as well so it triggers my brain. Just take that first step and be kind to yourself

      This is really stupid, but it works for me. If you play Sims, I pretend that I'm a sim character and have to do the task bc that's my role in the game.šŸ˜…

      I just take it one day at a time. Also I give myself several pep talks throughout the day. Make a list of things to do, and take it one by one .

      Well having been diagnosed with ADHD they gave me Adderall and that helps some. Before that it was hard to find the focus or energy.
