Bright flashes when running or jumping

I don’t know if this is the same but I get a halo type ring of light around my field of vision when I turn my head or eyes too fast or run/jump. I also see random flashes of lights at random times. I went to the eye doc and he said something was wrong with my lenses (a part of the eye) but I forgot exactly what he said. Sorry I know this probably isn’t helpful but you’re not alone! ❤️
