I've been dealing with a lot lately. My depression has made a return this winter. I've started Wellbutrin and it has helped. I recently found out one of me and my husband's old friends had passed through Facebook. He has been struggling with bipolar and addiction for years and in and out of jail and rehab. He would always try to find jobs but slip back into his alcohol addiction. It's times like this that help me realize why I work as a designer for a mental health clinic. If even one person pays attention to my work and calls the clinic, it makes it worthwhile. How do you guys deal with loss?

I had 2 parents die in 3 years. I drank heavily and cut back to weekends. I went through inheritance issues, 60 hour weeks, and psychotic roommates. Internalized but did better.

I honestly don't handle loss well, I internalize my grief apparently. So I'm no good here.
I recently lost one of my dogs. It really sent me into a depression and it’s been hard to get out of it. I just try and remember that I’m important and needed on this earth. Especially by my other animals. That helps me a little bit
