how do I know if my condition is getting better or worse?

      Not sure if there’s a right answer here.. maybe look for a symptom or a sign that gets better when your are better such as sleep, something easy to keep track of- and ask yourself how did you sleep the last week, how much time it took you to fall asleep etc… mindfulness is a great way to start listening to yourself more often

      Try to notice how many anxiety episodes you have every week. If you have many of them, you can also count the number of episodes for a day

      Track or notice or take a quiz based on how you feel within a two week period or every week. You will have ups and downs but see how you manage your downs better.
