Having one of those days worrying about everything I can not control and also doubting myself as usual! I hate these feelings so much because I tend to sabotage myself from things I know I have skills in but the doubt takes over!

Well the key is in what you just said... You're worrying about things that you already know you have no control over. Draw a circle on a piece of paper, and write down everything that you're worrying about. If you can control it put it inside the circle if you cannot put it outside of the circle then cut the circle out of the paper, throw away everything from the outside of the circle and focus on what you have written on the inside of the circle.
