I was recently diagnosed with bipolar, I had my second episode it was hard and traumatizing. I no longer have flashbacks but I’m trying to decode what I said and the Hurt and emotions I was feeling. I’m in therapy now and taking my meds. I am no longer depressed but I noticed my mood is the same. I can’t really laugh or cry. I rarely can have fun. I felt like my whole personality changed after the second episode. Has anyone noticed changes in their personality after an episode? Is this normal?

Are you bipolar 1 or 2? Episodes can make me feel different for awhile, but I usually come back to normal eventually. If you become manic, take it easy and try not to be impulsive.
