Dealing with Digestive Issues: A Rollercoaster Ride

@SmileySnail there's a laxative peppermint tea that I find in most grocery stores with all the other tea. It's all herbal. I do one cup of that in the evening and usually will have to go in the morning if not I take another in the morning. I have to be really careful because laxatives make me cramp so bad it puts me in tears even though I'm constipated
