i like to be extremely open and joke about it. even when i first meet people. they usually just have a bunch of questions n think it’s really cool that i’m so open about it!!

It's the most common and widespread incurable std there is, or close to it . It's actually become pretty socially acceptable in mainstream society in the past two decades or so . It's not really the relationship ending crisis it used🤗 to be, socially speaking . Just gotta find someone with an open mind or whom also has it . If they like you enough it wo t be a big deal. There's worse things to have out there, all things considered . ❤️

I just have to laugh and joke about it. Talking with non judgemental friends and family also helps me cope. There are also tons of herpes advocates on TikTok that really help me

I laugh about it. I make my whole life a living joke so that way it don’t be so painful.

I dont know anyone else with this, and I'm not a fan of social media (i dont like having my name attached to it) can i message you?

It’s taken me a long time to come to terms with it, and even then I’m not fully accepting of myself. Even now I get in my head about it. Although I only really have one person to talk to who understands, speaking about the frustrations and asking for advice really helps!! I’ve found people on social media who have raised awareness about the stigma and seeing others who share the same feelings I have, helped me realize I shouldn’t be ashamed.
