Hey so today is mother's day so I planned to get up at 9am for my mum but my fibro kicked in and I was in too much agony to move so I had to go back to sleep. I woke up at 3pm and came downstairs to my mum shouting and now I feel awful but there was nothing I could do about it. Am I a horrible daughter and person?

You can't control everything, it's ok to need rest but i find that the best way to navigate a world that is not built for us is to pre prepare just half of everything, when I have nerve pains it's harder to talk so I use Google translates speak button for example, and I always have that tab available in case of public settings

No, you are not. Living in pain is horrible.

No you need to take care of your body I have family that has this issue and it's understandable that sometimes the pain is too much
