Often times low back pain and sciatica are related to the sacroiliac joint in women (especially if you have had babies). I had my chiropractor put mine back in place and it helped relieve my pain.

Sounds like sciatic nerve. I would mention your sciatic nerve to your doctor

You should try to check your pelvic floor.

I do occasionally, typically when it happens it is my sciatica nerve. Acupuncture with electrolisis and cupping helped.

I do. I have whole back issues. My shoots down my right leg only. Had surgery before in 2019. About to undergo another surgery in June
