@Squishh agree with this. For me a coin in my pocket works. I can rub the surface to feel the indentations and flip it around.

In the winter/late fall i always keep little things in my coat pockets to fiddle with. Last year was a whole walnut lol

Lol I do this weird thing with my hand, where I pretend to hold a stress ball. And I just kind of move my fingers around as if I were holding a very liquidy, kind of stress ball. Because it gives me a false sense that I am holding something, and that I have control of that thing. So I can hold that imaginary stress ball and do whatever it is I'm doing. "Multitasking" My friends have asked what I'm doing and if I wanted a real stress ball, but I prefer the not real one sometimes lol Also looks like I'm holding a fireball, so funsies

Stim toys work for me! Even just small things like a rock you can play with in your hand. People dont judge nearly as much as you think. They sell decent ones at walmart and target. Really anything to fidgit with is great.

Day dreaming... you'll seem like your zoned out and other people might notice but this is still something I always resort to when I have to stay in one spot.

@AlexBiega honestly it's starting to not work without aggresively tapping my foot or nodding my head
