So I have had neck discomfort for over a year now. Been to a few doctors and have all said it's nothing serious (phew!) But I have been unable to sleep comfortably for all this time. Only way I can describe it is it feels like the muscles in the back of my neck are constantly working. My neck clicks a lot which gives relief for a few seconds, then back to discomfort. Anyone else experienced this?
