My PBA returned. I shut it off with neuro-linguistic programming by interrupting the pattern. It stayed gone for 7 months. Now it returned with an extra symptom - laughter. I was crying twice a month, now I laugh twice a week and cry twice a month. Up to an hour each time. It really wasn't worth it. My symptoms as is, should I bother with medication? I've been just laughing and crying it out. Also with my symptoms, do I have a mild or moderate case of PBA. I really need a diagnosis, I need to know what happened to my brain.
