I recently was diagnosed with Atherosclerosis through having ultrasounds and cat scan of my carotid artery. I'm taking 2 different blood pressure meds and a Statin medication, also 1 baby aspirin a day as per my Cardiologist. I'm also following a low sodium diet, quit smoking and exercising daily.
