I’m in the same boat. I’ve been in community college for 3 years and I’m planning on transferring soon. It’s terrifying trying to make the “right” decision when you don’t even really know what you want. You’re not alone in your fears. ❤️

I was going through those same things last year. It’s my first year of college now. Like someone else said, I sometimes write in a journal if I can’t talk to my mom or friends. Also just taking life one day at a time. I know that probably doesn’t help, but sometimes it helps me if I just remind myself to just finish today then I can deal with tomorrow and so on. It also helped me to talk to friends who were also moving out at the time so we could be scared together. I hope you feel better soon!!

i'm definitely in the same place, but i constantly try to remind myself that everything will be figured out in time, that these issues are temporary, and that i have more time than i think i do. in six months, i'll be going to college. six months ago, i didn't even think college was an option for me. six months may not sound like a lot when you say it out loud, but there is so much growth and change that can happen in that time, and you just have to let it happen. it will all work out in time!

yeah same here, i’m a junior in college and have to start looking at grad schools and where i want to be in my future while also being very much broke and it’s a lot to weigh on. part of what keeps me together is research and just being certain about that next step. like i’m studying abroad so i’ve been focusing on that instead of grad school which i still have time before i really need to worry about it

✋me too. Not sure how old you are but feeling this way is very common for ppl 18-25~. What helps me is writing down all issues and possible solutions to your problems. Ex. If you’re struggling in a class- solution would be to find a tutor for this class. It seems very simple but just writing it out so you can see it all laid out in front of you helps a ton to get the problems out of your head and seem less anxiety inducing
