Have you had any luck with diet? We are Gluten and dairy free for other health reasons. But I am having a hard time finding nutrition info that isn’t pushing a diet- looking to improve nutrition not follow a specific diet for weight loss
I've heard low carb is a good one for PCOS and in the past my doc has suggested the Mediterranean diet. I'm not currently on any type of diet. It's great that you are avoiding dairy and gluten, those are inflammation triggering foods. How long have you been gluten/dairy free?
We have been dairy and gluten free for 4 years and eat naturally low carb primarily plant based because of that (son has celiac). Are there any specific foods that help?
