@Kels12 even the best most lovable people can be ridiculously annoying sometimes or have bad fashion sense. I don't think being annoyed or something means you don't like him enough, it just means you're annoyed at that moment. Says me, who does the exact same thing and is totally a hypocrite for saying this š¤£

Yes, for sure! I think I seem pretty aloof and avoidant of people and relationships (platonic as well as romantic), but itās honestly because of the anxiety that they fuel. I hate dating because it makes me anxious, so I avoid it. I worry so much about burdening or bothering people and if theyāll stop loving me, etc. that I hold them at armās length.
Soooo fucking much. I'm a senior in HS and I'm only on my second boyfriend (the first didn't last a week). It's not like people don't have crushes on me, either, for whatever reason people find me attractive probably because I'm nervous and always blushing. I wanna know, does yours involve a sudden hatred of your body? I used to hate looking in mirrors at myself because I thought I was too ugly. I would even have SH episodes, though, that could be the depression kicking in more than the anxiety.
perfect timing, I really really do

Does anyone here not have relationship anxiety? Hahaha
For sure! That and about 50 or so other things that I tend to worry and overthink about. š«¤
Yes, absolutely! For me in manifests as a lot of doubt as to whether Iām with the right person. Iāll be so in love and sure of him one day and then he does something annoying or I donāt like his outfit and the worry that I donāt like him enough can spiral. Itās the worst!

@SmileySnail hahaha I know how it can be easier giving advice than taking your own. But thank you! This made me feel better š
Yup, chronic overthinker right here!
I think a lot of people with anxiety have attachment issues due to trauma, so I'd say it's really common. Definitely for me relationships have always been one of my biggest sources of anxiety
Oh yeah, mostly because of all the stuff that's out of my control I think
