      It does depend somewhat on what kind of OCD you have but for sure a therapist helps a lot. I have does exposure therapy which can be REALLY difficult but it does help a lot. But at home and for free, doing mindfulness experiences helps a lot too. Even for people without OCD. You can find apps on your phone or even guided things on YouTube. It can be similar to a guided meditation but more in depth. ❤️

      Medication is always best when combined with other forms of therapy I’ve found! For OCD specifically things like ERP and just having a therapist to talk to
