Thank you. Yea being trans has played a lot into it. I have researched into bpd symptoms and everything and I believe I have it. I related to basically every symptom but if I don’t have bpd I am still willing to see what I do have. I plan on moving out with my girlfriend the next 6 months and after we are both going to psychiatrists and getting help with what we need for our mental Illnesses

What I’ve learned is that the diagnosis is only part of the journey. Getting help for the symptoms is also important. DBT therapy is the way to go if you think you identify at all with BPD Or BiPolar. It took over 15 years for me to get properly medicated and diagnosed. Don’t let be a deter ant bc that’s just my story. Find help with how you think and feel while you’re waiting for a diagnosis. We have to keep ourselves healthy. Shrinks can only do so much.

Yes I do struggle with it. We’ll long story early 2021 I ended up in the hospital for the first time and they told me they highly think I have high functioning bpd but because they don’t have the authority to fully diagnose me. I haven’t got to get diagnosed with anything yet but I have full intentions to do so when I can. I have other mental illnesses also I’m not self diagnosing myself but multiple people have brought up the same three illnesses even psychiatrists.

Hi Leo. I hope that your transition is a positive experience. you are a brave soul. People can be so mean but what I’m finding is more people are accepting and loving.Do you struggle with BPD or are you just needing to reach out
