Panic Attack at a Family Gathering

You should be proud! That is an amazing feat to even show up! ❤️ today I drove (even though I have driving anxiety) to a gathering and then broke down and left immediately. It’s important to listen to your body and take care of your health especially mental health! You are not alone with anxiety and panic attacks and you should definitely realize how big of an accomplishment it is that you showed up and went!

Hey in my book you went, you saw, you conquered. Give yourself some grace you did what was best for you. That’s where one’s real strength lies. 🤗

I had to leave a group gathering of 4 to 5 people due to a panic attack.
