going back on my meds today because coming off them was a really big mistake as it's affected me so badly. i've been sick non-stop the last few months and it's making me feel dreadful. my chronic pain is worse and my mental health is taking a hit alongside due to how exhausted i am all day every day. i honestly never though folate deficiency could have this much of an effect on my daily life.
