i haven’t been able to see my therapist in two weeks when i usually see her once a week. does anyone have any tips on how to help binge eating? i really want to quit but im constantly relapsing over and over. im making it my new year’s resolution (yeah i know literally nobody sticks to those lol but its good to give me some hope). i’ve gained 37 pounds over a year and it makes me feel and look disgusting. the less i eat the better i feel, and i cannot stop binging. again, if anyone has any tips for this PLEASE comment
