I've noticed stress seems to worsen my IBS, such as being more constipated or having more diaherra, besides medication, such as miralax/linzess, is there other methods to use to combat this?

I'd look into stress management strategies like exercise, meditation, or whatever works best for you. Therapy also if it's accessible to you.

I forgot because I have so many meds..Senna is for constipation, the Dr. put me on diclocymine for IBS, which can cause constipation. All meds have side effects. Have you tried any anxiety treatment? That will definitely cause some effect to have IBS

I watched a video some time back and magnesium was mentioned. I take senna, which does help. It is also over the counter med, but my insurance covered it. Stress, definitely effects IBS and certain foods as I am sure you already know. Anxiety, is my culprit. Maybe you can ask your gastrologist or primary care Dr. about trying magnesium
Relax as much as possible. Deep breathing really helps
