Oh, Darling. I am sorry for the loss you encountered. I went through an unedited miscarriage at 17 (I didn’t even know. I was pregnant at the time) and it is something I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. I too also have CPTSD and I understand how horrible it is to be going about your daily life, totally fine and suddenly having a traumatic flashback. I suffer from BPD on top of this, so emotional regulation and expression is hard for me— so when I get these flashbacks I often put on music (I adore music and use it as a huge way of self expression/self care) and cry it out if I need to. Do whatever you need to do to let these emotions out and distract yourself. As a human, every emotion you feel is normal. It’s how you deal with said emotions that matters. So never be put off allowing yourself to feel these specific motions— cry it out, punch a pillow; whatever you think may help. Just ensure that whatever you do, doesn’t bring harm to yourself or anyone/anything around you. I am here if you need to message anyone to vent or even if you’d like some advice. Stay strong, you’ve got this. ❤️
