Yup. It wasnt bad in the first few years. My pain was either nonexistant or mild back then. Now its been 7 years and it is a constant in both hands and feets. My hands become weak and painful. I have hard time holding things or opening stuff like boxing. My feet get shooting pains on the tops of them.
I have it really bad in right elbow area like tennis elbow pain. I started wearing a arm compression sleeve to help pain and also started cupping area this past wk. Im hoping it helps anyone who knows fibromyalgia pain knows you don't have any control of what areas are affected or when it will or if it gets better.🙏👍❤️
