Coping with Weight Gain on Steroids for Adrenal Insufficiency

Weight gain means something is of with your medication approach. I haven't figured it out myself, but my weight is a huge metric for me if I'm getting closer. Major medication changes that made me feel better also brought major weight loss.

The correct dose is important,only when I was over my correct dose did I gain weight , if your chin becomes moon shaped you need to have your dosage checked. Remember it should only replace what you have lost. I have had Addison’s for 32 years.
