I suffer from depression and anxiety too. I have a deep faith in God. I pray for strength every day. He helps me daily to be able to get out of bed and do what I need to do. Not every day is a good day. When I have bad days I try to be kind to myself. Acknowledge that today is a bad day but tomorrow will be better. I’m not saying it’s easy but it is helpful. I will pray for you to find a partner that helps fulfill your life.
