Basically you lay on the table and they tape these little tube things to your chest . No needles or anything. They just tape them down and have you lay still and breathe. It only takes a few minutes. Then they remove the tape and tubes after it's done and that's about it. I've had several of them done. It's quick and painless and a piece of cake.
