hello! I recently had my first panic attack and it was horrifying. I'm glad to here here š I hope everyone is doing well. I keep having negative thoughts and I'd like to discover ways to feel better.

Ive also had them but for me its heart racing, feeling like im losing control and dizziness. Also extreme nausea out of nowhere. I always need to lay down afterwards and i shiver for what feels like forever. I havent had one in a few months but always fewl like im on the verge. Positive vibes and healing to you!! ā¤ļø

Can I ask what you experienced during your attack? Iāve been having them lately & for me, I cry (on and off) for hours until Iām dry heaving. I feel hopeless, panicked & overwhelmed. Iāve learned a few quick tips (deep breathing, putting ice or frozen bag on the back of my neck, counting things in the room that are the same color, daily affirmations) which helped a little.
