Why Do I Always Choose the Wrong Guys?

I've really n into this so much!!! It's so frustrating and I always felt like I was being treated like a child. Finally found someone that treats me like an adult and trusts me and gosh is it a difference! He helps if I ask him to but doesn't assume I need it and it's made me more confident and better at asking for help to. (I got super lucky with this one!) But we did have to have a discussion about it and how it made me feel when he was being protective at first. That discussion really helped and I explained that when he was trying so hard to protect me or help that I started focusing on how what I did made him feel or worry or whatever vs just being in the moment and focusing on myself when I need to. Communication is everything<3 good luck! You are worth happy and honest and loving connections!!!

Take time and do you but before jumping back into dating start as friends it will tell you alot about them and let you know if this is something you want to take further I learned this late in life but it was the best choice I made it's had some very rocky moments but at the end of the day he's still my best friend imperfect as he is he tries and so do I to make things better every day
