I’m pretty terrible with social cues, and my relationships are greatly affected by this. In the end people become overwhelmed or annoyed ,are there any methods of improving these kinds of situations ?

i would suggest just being around people that not only accept autism but understand it at a fundamental level. a lot of people say they are fine with autism and then leave you for your symptoms, so id be clear with people what you experience and how you would need assistance - ask them to be clear with their tone, their feelings, etc you dont have to be good at social cues you just need friends who are willing to accommodate your disability 💕
