From my understanding, health care professionals are in extremely high demand right now. You deserve to work under conditions that don't have you coning home l, unable to sleep with anxiety and stress. Have you done any job searching? If you're laying in bed and can't sleep anyways, maybe it would be comforting just to see/know other options are out there? Give you a sense of control it sounds like you're missing in your life? Have you tried a sleep aid such as melatonin, lunesta or ambien? Ambien is the only way I get any sleep
